Agreed.
Unfortunately the Republicans have the majority and the sportsmen groups have been eerily quiet this legislative session. It's probably going to come down to the Governor vetoing it.
I e-mailed my rep.
I feel your pain...I'm part of a coalition of Utah anglers that are battling right now for open water again after our access to streams got squelched by legislation this past year. Good luck!
